At Enchant Hair Co. we are committed to providing a luxury experience with exceptional results. We uphold policies and standards to protect our staff and guests. Please review below.


  1. Appointments and Cancellations - Cancellations/Reschedules must be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in a 50% total service fee charge. We allow a 15 minute late grace period. After 15 minutes appointment is subject to cancellation and a 50% service fee charge.
  2. Service Downgrade Fee- Downgrading a booked service same day may result in a 25% original service fee.
  3. We ask that you do not bring any additional guests or kids to your appointment.
  4. Client must be 13+ to receive service.
  5. Services are not subject to refunds.
  6. Products may be returned for a full refund, if lightly used and within 2 weeks of purchase.
  7. Clients must pay all outstanding balances before booking future appointments.
  8. Client must either have a card on file or put down a deposit to book their appointment.
  9. Re-do's and adjustments must be communicated within 1 week of original service in order to avoid paying for a new service.
  10. We kindly ask that all guests treat our team and space with kindness and respect at all times.
